Our village and its residents are very happy that you have come to visit us to use the beach, the boardwalk, and enjoy the flavors of our businesses - Alfa's, The Lazy Lobster, Walnut Beach Creamery, Alfa's Jolly Jug, New Town Deli and even Wild Expressions, Collected Stories, SoBoBo Art Gallery and Firehouse Gallery.
We pride ourselves in keeping our village safe and clean, so, we ask you when you visit us to please keep our tradition and values alive by keeping our surroundings, which are your surroundings - safe and clean. Just remember how you would feel if someone visits your home and disrespects your space, your surroundings by throwing their garbage in your yard or on the floors of your home, not a very good feeling is it?
We have put trash cans along the roadways and on the beach for trash to be disposed of properly; we ask that you use the receptacles for that purpose. In doing so, we will all have a mutual respect towards each other and our surroundings for our village has opened its arms to welcome you.
So, thank you for being courteous and considerate towards Walnut Beach and her surroundings for we truly want you to enjoy your stay.
When you head home, please know you are welcomed back. It will be nice to see you again!
